The skin is the largest organ of the body and it deserves to be treated well! A good skin care routine is essential for keeping your skin healthy and looking its best. In this blog post, we will discuss the importance of a skin care routine and give you some tips on how to create one that works for you.
Your skin is exposed to a lot of environmental stressors on a daily basis, including pollution, UV radiation, and harsh weather conditions. A good skin care routine can help protect your skin from these damaging factors and keep it looking its best.
A well-rounded skin care routine should include cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and protecting your skin from the sun. Cleansing helps to remove dirt, makeup, and other impurities from your skin. Exfoliating helps to slough off dead skin cells and reveal brighter, more radiant skin. Moisturizing helps to hydrate and protect your skin from dryness. And finally, protecting your skin from the sun is essential for preventing premature aging and skin cancer.
Creating a skin care routine that works for you can take some trial and error. But it’s worth it to take the time to find products that work well for your skin type and to figure out a schedule that works for you. Your skin will thank you for it!
Now that you know the importance of a skin care routine, it’s time to create one that works for you. Here are some tips to get you started:
-Start by cleansing your face every morning and evening.
-Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week.
-Moisturize your face every day, after cleansing and exfoliating.
-Protect your face from the sun with some element of UV protection, even if your in the car or its overcast!
For people just getting going we would recommend a daily routine of the Activated Charcoal Cleanser followed by either the Gel Serum or Moisturiser. Which of these two products to use depends much on personal preference but we would say the Gel Serum is more suited to people with oily skin and the moisturiser more suited to people with dry skin, although we have both skin types using both products successfully. We would then say to purchase the scrub to use once or twice per week.
